Extremely disappointed with this salon. They completely botched what should have been a straightforward haircut and showed no regard for their clients' time. The staff overbook appointments, leaving you waiting endlessly while they juggle multiple clients at once. The lack of professionalism was astounding. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.
