I will NEVER return to this salon again! I took my niece here a couple of weeks ago to get an ombre hair color and cut with curtain bangs. The stylist, Lenzie, did not deliver even in the slightest. She pretty much decided what she wanted to do and what SHE thought my niece would like better. I sent the stylist a photo of the look my niece was going for ahead of time and not once did she say she couldn’t do it. Extremely disappointed with this salon. They completely botched what should have been a straightforward haircut and showed no regard for their clients' time. The staff overbook appointments, leaving you waiting endlessly while they juggle multiple clients at once. The lack of professionalism was astounding. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.
