Samantha helped me with my post menopausal symptoms with my pelvic floor. After the initial assessment, I had ten sessions to work on my issues. And I was able to make tons of progress! And now I have the tools in my toolbox to continue. Samantha is very good at explaining things and teaching about the pelvic floor and the awareness of the muscles in it. I truly believe this is her calling. Her passion for helping women shines through in all she does! My husband and I are very happy to have our sex life back!
I saw the Evolv Pelvic Floor assessment on Facebook and I am happy I decided to look into the program. A big thank you to Samantha. She was very informative and supportive. Therapy was a success, and I have more confidence going forward with exercising. I have the tools I need, to keep myself in better pelvic health as I age.
I found Evolv and Dr. Matt on Facebook and I am so glad I did. My shoulder had become almost immobile and I had two trips coming up. Matt was able to significantly increase my mobility and reduce my pain so I could enjoy my time away. I continue to improve. This is the place if you want someone to listen to your concerns and adjust your treatment to best suit you and your needs.

After the birth of my second child, I started experiencing pelvic floor problems (women, you may be familiar with the “leaking” when you sneeze or laugh) and it continued worsening over the years.
