I recently started Barbell Babes strength class with Sam and I can’t say enough great things about it. I just had a baby a few months ago and Sam has been great at giving me options/modifications when certain movements don’t feel right for me. I love that the class is women only and everyone is coming in with different levels of experience and expectations. Prior to starting this class, I was working out alone in my basement. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. They really take the time to listen to you and really figure out the best way to help you. I would highly recommend evolv therapy.
Matt’s been great to work with. Comes up with great options for PT to pinpoint and streamline your recovery pathway
Working with Sam has been a great experience. She thoroughly listens to any concerns that I have & then adjusts the plan accordingly. She’s detailed when explaining stretches, exercises, moves, etc. She works with me to make sure I understand & am able to do the stretches, exercises, moves, etc. giving guidance and feedback when needed. I’ve been extremely impressed with the knowledge both Sam and Matt have shared with me. I’ve come to both of them not only with curiosity but also the desire to feel better and recover completely. Dealing with some chronic pain issues and not getting the results from just standard pt was starting to make me feel more like a patient and less like the person I truly am.
