Working with Sam has been wonderful. I initially came in looking for some guidance with pelvic floor strength and received so much more. The sessions were informative and provided me with easy achievable goals to strive for between sessions. The therapist are knowledgeable, professional, effective and they genuinely care. I sought PT for my 2 separate shoulder injuries that were limiting my ability to do the activities I enjoy. Matt evaluated and created a distinct plan of action for each shoulder. Within 3 visits I had resumed my activities and I am now stronger than I was before I was injured. I highly recommend their personally tailored approach to therapy.
Sam has helped me with pelvic floor issues after having 6 babies! She is so relatable and pivots based on what my needs are for that day! 100% recommend!
I started seeing the Evolv team about a month ago, and have seen great results. What started at sessions focused on improving knee pain turned into strength training sessions as the knee pain resolved. Both Matt and Sam are knowledgeable, friendly & truly there to help.
