I had all but given up on my shoulder pain getting better after seeing other physical therapists, but I decided to give Matt and Evolv a chance. Thank goodness I did. From the first visit, Matt thoughtfully listened to my history, carefully evaluated my shoulder, and laid out a clear plan. Weeks later, my shoulder is far and away better than it was. I’m able to do the things I enjoy without fear of pain. I cannot recommend Matt and the whole Evolv staff enough.
Thanks to Matt at Evolv for helping me through my recovery phase of a lower back injury. He was patient, and diagnosed exactly what was wrong. Within one week I was feeling close to 100% better, with a clear program of what to do going forward.
I felt the love at Evolv from day 1 and it has continued every class. The support at Evolv is amazing! The PTs who facilitate the classes are fully educated professionals who care about each person doing each move in every class. The community of women in the classes are extreamly supportive, friendly, and non-competitive.
I’d highly recommend Sam’s small group strength training class at Evolv. As a professional PT, she really knows how to guide her clients to optimize their results while minimizing injury. She’s so amazing at encouraging and challenging us just the right amount. I’m definitely newer to strength-training and am constantly impressed with Sam’s kindness and patience as she takes the time to ensure we are working out properly.
I highly recommend Evolv PT, and my physical therapist Dr. Rachel Ludwig. Thanks to her expertise and personalized treatment plan, my shoulder pain and instability has significantly improved after five weeks.
