I’ve worked with both Sam and Matt to address my chronic low back pain. My symptoms were exacerbated when I was newly postpartum, which is why I sought out their services. Being able to tackle my symptoms from both an orthopedic and pelvic floor standpoint was amazing. This is how healthcare should be…high-quality, collaborative, and individualized to the client’s needs. Definitely worth the investment!

I learned about Evolv Physical Therapy from my gym Eupraxia. I walked into Evolv Physical Therapy in pain and frustrated with where I was in my fitness journey. No matter how much I pushed myself in the gym, I ended up in pain and at the chiropractor. I met with Matt and we sat and discussed all of my problem areas plus what my goals were. I started seeing Matt for some shoulder and back range of motion issues and the treatment plan he devised resolved a lifelong issue in less than 12 weeks! Matt has been phenomenal to work with, he gives great feedback and is very responsive in between sessions if you run into issues. I hope to stay injury free in the future but wouldn’t think twice about coming back to Matt and Evolv.
