My sonās bike back brake stopped working, so we took it to several shops who unfortunately had to turn us away since itās crank works weekend. The technician at Evolution was super friendly and managed to squeeze us in even though they were super busy. Within 15 mins we were all set. A BIG shout out to Evolution!!!Ā
This is hands down the best shop in Whistler. Exceptional service, fun vibe, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection. Top notch rental fleet (very well maintained). I've shopped just about everywhere in Whistler and this is by far the best shop in town for bikes. Top shelf. 2025 update - Evolution is STILL #1. Amazing on every level, and locally owned! Their number one priority is always getting you back on the trails asap. The service team is legendary. Canāt be beat. Best shop in Whistler.Ā
I had an issue which needed immediate attention to allow me to get back on the saddle asap. Felix at the shop was able to help me straight away, within minutes, I was back on the trail. He didnāt charge for the screw that had come loose or for his time. Excellent service from the team! Thank you FelixĀ
Best bikes in town - don't go anywhere else. I have been renting here for years. The service, speed, consistency in quality is unmatched. Their bikes are dialed and the staff is awesome. We rented downhill bikes this year for our trip to Whistler bike park and the experience was perfect. I will always come back to Evolution.Ā
