Amazing service! I never write reviews but this shop is the best. Im a new snowboarder and came in after the boots I bought elsewhere were killing my feet. They took the time to walk me through all my options and made sure I got the best fit. After going to 3 stores the didn't have time to fit me this place is the best. Just go here. They have inserts and heat molding to get you the best fit possible. After getting these I tried again the next day and it made a HUGE difference!! Can't thank them enough!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff have been great and solid selection. Advice on snowboard boot fitting was great, along with demo board experience and then purchasing a board. Unfortunately needed a warranty claim on a board and they have been super helpful with that as well. Haven't needed as much there in the summer but they're well equipped for bike season too and also knowledgeable bikers.
The team here are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when it comes to snowboard boot fitting. They also have the best stickers in Whistler!
James is an absolute legend! Knows his stuff and helped me out a ton with boot fitting.
