Incomplete. I asked for further help offering to pay for services for more tax years, but I was not helped. It sounded like the rep was lazy or did not feel like assisting me, but it did seem like they filed the taxes correctly, that is it.
Amazing service!! The employees are very polite!!!
I appreciate their helpfulness and their patience with all the people that come in the day before taxes are due like myself. I would still say they’re still pretty timely!
