Top notch physio with a BJJ black belt.
Ben at Evolution Physiotherapy has significantly improved my quality of life. I was introduced to Ben after putting up with pain and restricted movement in my shoulder. My medical doctor had told me it was caused by a gym Injury and I had put up with it for about 9 months. Ben took a few minutes to diagnose the problem and start a short course of therapy. After one treatment it was significantly improved and after my final third treatment I have full use of my shoulder back. Thank you so much Ben.
Evolution Physio / Ben were fantastic! very professional and responsive. Within 5 sessions, my shoulder was already better and I had a clear plan forward.
Ben is incredible, very serious and very clear in explanations and plans. I had a worsening nerve impingement in my shoulder (despite seeing a different physio) and with his support it is now resolved and I am pain free. Amazing and highly reccomended.
