My experience with Mike Herrera at Evolution PT in Golden has been really excellent. My condition has taken a long time to heal, but I am making progress in recovery. Mike always takes into consideration, my age related capability, pain level and my goals in individualizing my care plan. The facility is very clean, well equipped And employees, confident, and friendly support staff.
I started seeing Bree Fair after separating my AC joint snowboarding, and then again when I injured my rotator cuff during a water hike in Costa Rica. From the very first session, Bree was incredible. Unlike other physical therapists who just hand you a list of exercises, Bree takes a hands-on approach. I am an avid outdoor person (back-country ski, mountain bike, climb) with a pretty complex spine history (multiple levels fused/ multiple surgeries).
