Update: with Scott’s care plan, no surgery was needed and my fracture healed! He taught me so much about my muscles, fascia, and skeletal system that I know how to recognize issues to prevent injury. Now if only I wasn’t too stubborn for my own good. After tons of inefficiency and 3 months of fighting our medical system, I went to Scott on the recommendation of a friend. Can't recommend EVO enough! EVO is not just a gym, CrossFit box, or fitness center. The owner, Scott, is basically a wizard of human movement. All programming is built around moving correctly. Learning to move right is far more important than the weight you throw around. The coaches are trained in Scott's own proprietary methodology, EPIC. I've experienced significant improvements in strength, metabolic, and overall health and wellness thanks to my training at EVO.
Love this gym! Quality instruction and everyone is so friendly! Clean. Lovely locker room. Child friendly.
