My first time financing a car and the only serve ice I’ve received from them was from Caitlin when I called to chase the documents up. Little to no support whatsoever and have asked me to upload documents but do not advise on what needs to be shown within them, so I have had them fail again. Coming back with more things they need instead of just advising what I need to include.
