Wonderful experience with David! He is extremely knowledgeable and “gets it”. I bought a spare battery so I can extend my range for my L3 (I got my L3 in Tampa where I live most of year). He was the only one in New England that had it in stock. He also had the cover that should be included but does not. If you’re in the market for a new e-Bike, I implore you to set an appointment with him. You will be very happy.
Excellent experience with David. He went through everything I needed to know about my new bike, he even came in on his normal day off to get me set up before my trip. And while he operates on an appointment only model, his pricing is right in line with other shops... so, premium service for everyday pricing. 10/10 would recommend.
David was amazing to work with. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me before he even knew if I was a potential buyer. He made time on his day off to help me get my dream bike. Great experience.
Evolution E-bikes saved the day. My controller on my Aventon bike malfunctioned. I text the number David responded immediately validating he had the part I needed. I made the appointment he had the part ready for me when I arrived. I highly recommended
