I really liked making an appointment and knowing we were not competing with other customers for David’s attention. David told us the differences in all the bikes and how they worked. We were able to trial a bike to see how it works. David was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
We had an excellent experience buying e-bikes from Evolution E-bikes. David is the best, expert and knowledgeable in all things we wanted to purchase. He was patient and kind, answering all of our questions and educating us on our new e-bikes and gear. We got a great deal so encourage everyone to get out there and start your new riding adventures!
Just picked up my Level 4, now just waiting for the Pace 5 in my wife’s preferred color. I’d been shopping around and other retailers’ staff just didn’t seem knowledgeable. David was super friendly and helpful in answering questions when my wife and I came in for test rides; even before our appointment his communication getting an idea of our needs was outstanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars; highly recommended!
My wife and I just purchased two bikes from Evolution and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Dave took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of different models and features, and (even more importantly) he gave us a really practical take on the do’s and don’ts of using and caring for the bikes. We could not recommend Evolution E-Bikes any more strongly as a result!
Wonderful experience with David! He is extremely knowledgeable and “gets it”. I bought a spare battery so I can extend my range for my L3 (I got my L3 in Tampa where I live most of year). He was the only one in New England that had it in stock. He also had the cover that should be included but does not. If you’re in the market for a new e-Bike, I implore you to set an appointment with him. You will be very happy.
