Evolution Cycle Shop did a wonderful job fixing an electrical issue on my Aventon e-bike. They are professional and have great communication. After getting my bike back it rode nicer than it did when it was brand new. Excellent shop, highly recommend.

We received such professional and personable service at this shop, thanks to Cesar, the shop owner. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose problems with a mail ordered, folding e-bike. He put it together, adjusted and fine-tuned it, and showed us all the ins and outs of using it. He was clearly so knowledgeable about bikes in general, and when we're ready to upgrade we will definitely buy an e-bike from him. This is by far the best experience we've ever had at a bike shop.

Evolution Cycle Shop is great. Cesar, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and patient. He provided outstanding service at a more than fair price. We brought in a cheap e-bike (not from their shop) that needed assembly and repairs. Despite not being a bike they sell, he helped unbox and assess it. He pointed out damage and agreed to assemble it for us. He finished early and charged us the low end of the quote.
