I have been attending strength classes at Evoke for 2 and a half years. Once I started having children, my own physical well being became an after thought. After having my fourth and final baby, I wanted to start taking better care of myself. I felt comfortable going out of my comfort zone and doing things like deadlifting in the presence of Kristen and Morgan, due to their physical therapy degrees and expertise. Morgan is a rock star! I started the group class fearful that I couldn’t do it but with Morgan’s motivation and guidance for proper form, I had no problem getting through the exercises! They don’t only give you an amazing workout but ensure you do each exercise correctly to avoid injury!
Wonderful spot for personalized, 1:1 physical therapy or small group exercise classes. The space and equipment is always clean and I always feel safe working out here because Kristen and Morgan are experts in their field. I would recommend Evoke Physio to anyone in need of physical therapy or looking for a great, inclusive place to workout.
