I have been attending strength classes at Evoke for 2 and a half years. Once I started having children, my own physical well being became an after thought. After having my fourth and final baby, I wanted to start taking better care of myself. I felt comfortable going out of my comfort zone and doing things like deadlifting in the presence of Kristen and Morgan, due to their physical therapy degrees and expertise.
