25 years: Anti-corrosion warranty on the titanium heat exchanger. I got 5 years out of my $3.5k iforce 12 heater. (Chlorine Pool well maintained). (Titanium) heat exchanger corroded, voided warranty because it wasn't sufficiently serviced yearly. Be careful. $880, later reduced to $400 for diagnosis. Very expensive, will be going elsewhere in future. Disappointed .
We’ve had the Evo270-1 installed for over 5 years now and it hasn’t missed a beat. It’s been incredibly reliable - we’ve never once run out of hot water, even with our busy household. The control panel and LCD screen make it super easy to adjust settings, and the Wi-Fi control has been a great feature for managing everything remotely. Overall, it’s been a fantastic investment as we’ve noticed a considerable drop in our electricity bill. Highly recommended.
Hi, my name is Paul. I reside in the Chermside West in Brisbane's Northwest. I first bought my Evo hot water unit back in June 2020. I chose the EVO270L (Superseded) Heat-Pump. (Grey top) fan unit from our local EVO Heat supplier in Bundamba, QLD. (Ipswich East). I replaced 2 older electric water heaters. We have 2 residences under one roof. Supply and install cost $3300. Purchased a Fusion-i 9 pool heat pump in 2022, this failed and stopped working after several months. Evoheat replaced this in October 2022 as a gesture of goodwill as they didn't have replacement parts in stock. The error code that appeared was F10 and a new control board was required due to it being damaged by geckos. The heat pump again stopped working in 2024 and a service called was raised with EvoHeat, after several months and ~$1000.00 the control board was replaced. Review for EVO Force i28-3 Unit performs as per specifications but was installed and assembled incorrectly. Pipe union not tightened on assembly allowing pool water including salts to leak over compressor. Drainage of drip tray installed incorrectly causing compressor failure. Evo Heat did not honour 5 year compressor warranty. Cannot recommend EVOHEAT because of poor service.
