Understaffed maybe? We could've walked in and saw our movie for free, I had to ask if they wanted to see my ticket. Women's bathrooms had clogged toilets with visible urine and trash (I could smell the bathroom area from the hallway. We watched the staff "clean" as best as they could up until the minute our previews started and there was still popcorn everywhere and grease left on seats. Hooky Entertainment at Southlake Town Square is the perfect bookend to an all-day shopping spree. Reclining Chairs made for relaxation, a great Movie lineup & Desserts so good they deserve their own standing ovation. The ideal cozy finish to a fabulous day Recommend !!
I hope it gets better. The place seems very quiet for a family entertainment place. Construction still ongoing but the games they had seems a little dated. The prices for the movies were decent and seats and sound system was good. Some seats would affect your view if you are short and fully extend the recline of the seats because they have walls for some reason.
