Great service - thanks Kenny!
I ordered and paid for rims - they never arrived. The store does not reply to my emails about this and won't refund my money. The worst online bike store I have come across. Crooked.
Full disclosure, just took my bike there to diagnose a problem, trying to support local business. I was also planning on taking both my kids bikes there too. Not anymore. The young man seemed totally uninterested in helping me and was, frankly, quite rude. He just cost himself at least one customer and now potentially many more.
I purchased an ADO Air 20 Pro folding bike from Evo Bikes. They are the Sydney distributer. A small shop in Canterbury but great personal service. Let me take a display bike for a short test ride. Free delivery and assembly within days of order and battery was even charged!
Very good service
