Very efficient and honest guy and prices are ok
Terrible experience buying from them. Owner was very friendly until he sold the bike and then he switched up immediately. He offered a 1 month warranty but next day the bike had a problem and he refused to help and was very rude. Go somewhere that treats their customers better.
They are never open. Be careful if you need something urgent. Two times in a row I came to fix my bike and it is always the same.
My experience is very reasonable price for a service and a quick turn around. My bike is now back to commuting. Very happy.
Stay away from at least their Rockshark brand. Unsupported and unsupportive. Broken parts? Nope. You’re on your own. You’ll likely get hung up on and your calls ignored. I’m sure (hopeful) they are helpful with their other products. *If you’d like to turn this one star into more, reply below
