Perry is very knowledgeable about the eviction process in Colorado and is very generous to share his knowledge without the expectation of being paid. He walked me through the process and it is really nice to know his service can be purchased on an as-needed basis. He will do as much or as little of the process you need him to do which is a really nice option.
I have a nightmare for one year with a tenant. Perry has been very responsive, professional. He promptly responded to me and helped to deal with undesirable tenant who refused to pay the rental for one year ande refused to leave the house after the contract expired. Perry was fantastic! I was dealing with a nightmare tenant and I actually reached out on a Sunday and Perry called me back and then took the time to walk me through the process and what steps I should take next. He sent me a link with the forms needed and he even called me back the following week to do a follow up.
Perry has been nothing but awesome and professional, he helped me through-out the process, was prompt and responsive. highly recommend!
