Great experience. I lost 90 pounds in a year following the program. During that time I slipped up during trips and stressful times at work but the program is designed to help you get back on track if you stray. If you stick to the plan you will see results. What I appreciate most is that the program is not about quick weight loss, rather it is about changing your mindset towards food in general and building sustainable healthy practices.
