Poor performance overall. META ROAS was 1.8:1 after working with them for around 3 months. Accountability and attention to detail were chronic issues with the Evestar team. We worked with them for less than 3 months.
Lack of overall accountability & collaboration. We were often met with resistance, or left hanging when we questioned the results we were getting from the strategy provided. It seems that there was no room to accommodate healthy collaboration & communication. Great for hands-off brands, looking for a turn-key solution, not great if you are looking to grow and learn within a meaningful partnership.
