Following the initial purchase, the business exhibited a marked lack of responsiveness regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the shoe cabinet. Eventually, they provided a vague indication that the item should arrive within the next seven business days. Unfortunately, the item arrived in a poor condition, with torn packaging and significant damage to the timber components. Communication on delivery was inadequate and product arrived 5 weeks after being ordered. Had me worried though as other reviews stated their product was never received. For a simple product it was good.
Shonky business. My online order never arrived. Reviews from other sites, besides there own 🤣, expressed same problem. Will need to report to Consumer Watchdog.
There was a cockup with my original order and I had to cancel it but Everything Bamboo did fully refund my money.
I should have read more reviews. I have spent $585 on products that do not exist! How can a business hold onto money for a month before realising the oroduct is not in stock? Customer service is almost non existent. I will gladly update this review to more stars once my refund is confirmed. Otherwise I will pursue legal action to retrieve my money. I qish I had something positive to say
