I don't know if their work is good or bad. I approached them on 27th July 21 with the request of a rig survey and Genoa furler repair. They said send them an email with photos of the furler and contact details (which I did same day)and they'll get back to me, but I should expect a 3 month wait for the work... It's ridiculous but having already waited 12 months for S and H spars, I felt 3 months was an acceptable delay. I would give a negative star rating if i could, 1 star is too much. Dodgy jobs, overpriced, underskilled workers, cheap tools and products and overcharged. Literally got charged a "shipwright assistant" to hold the vacuum cleaner to the shipwright for 5h at 60aud/hour. Started all jobs, finished none, charged me over 20k in 5 weeks for about less than 10k work worth. Stop the jobs when it was too difficult, dodgied most of it... the list is long.
