Was not a great service. Would not recommend. Paid twice for full coverage. Paid for it when booking the service then told on pick-up that we didn't have full coverage and had to pay extra per day. Receptionist wasn't helpful. Gave us the keys, didn't show us anything about the car. Into day 1 of using the car it had flashing faulty lights and drove funny. We didn't have the time to drive all the way back to the airport and try and exchange. We were already told on pick-up that they were busy and had no other available cars ... read more
Clean vehicle that matched our order, timely pick up and drop off, friendly staff and an affordable rental - there’s nothing to not like about that! Thanks Tweed Heads depot!
