No reminder in the auction win email to state EBTH closed July 3rd. We were one of 5 people trying to pick up. Rented a van to pick up the item so wasted $60 - will probably have to abandon the item as EBTH did not extend the pick up window to reflect the closure. Snapshot of email attached - no mention of July 3rd closure - in fact it states EBth open on Friday.
Everything has been wonderful. From the customer service I’ve dealt with, to the quality of the merchandise I’ve received.
I am consolidating to one home from two and I have been very impressed with how EBTH has handled everything from the packing to the moving, to the prep for sale and then ultimately to the management of the auction and post-auction activities.
