We won the bid for a pottery barn bedroom set, paid for in full and when we arrived to pick it up it wasn't there. What kind of a shady business encourages online bidding, pay in full online and when you attempt to pick up the item it doesn't exist? Did they never have the item? Did they lose the item? Did they give it to the wrong person? I would not trust them.
