What one views on website is so much more exciting when it arrives in tangible form!
Misleading descriptions slow shipping and terrible packing. At least half the items purchased arrived destroyed or damaged in some way. They don’t seem to understand that after the buyer wins and pays for an item that OEM is now the property of the buyer. Some Art work is purchased as an investment and the actual values are far greater then the purchase price. They value is lost yet they will not compensate. Customer service is always very nice but a refund just doesn’t cut it anymore. I’m losing money
