Every pickup is an encounter with a helpful and attentive person. I have been a customer for years now. EBTH employees are kind and polite.
I read lots of interviews for people who have purchased, however my rating is based on working with them as the auction company to sell items. It was a horrible experience with no follow-up and I even sent photos of the art collection, high end antiques, crystal, etc… not one response. Not even a call to say not enough items, your timeline is unrealistic, or the items don’t meet our standards all of which I would understand.
