I have to give it to this place, which is why I gave 1 star rather than zero. They have extremely good marketing. Aside from that, that’s about it. Everything you read in the 1-2 star reviews here is unfortunately true.
This company is a rip-off!! They tell you it's $2600 that is taken out of your total sales, and if an item is $30 or less, they receive the $30. My husband was notified in the final email that the total sold was approx. $7,000, and he received a check for $807. So basically, if 15 items sold for $30 and EBTH took their $2600, the client should have at least received $3500, especially when they broke 2 items when removing out of my mother-in-laws house. Absolutely awful. They don't care about their sellers or buyers, only about profit, profit, profit. I have called customer service to express my concerns to no avail. They price gouge on shipping for nearly everything they sell. Absolutely ridiculous that they are allowed to continue to operate. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Newer to the columbus area and came in here a couple weeks ago since it was one of the first places that came up when i searched “antique stores near me”. Walked in and was looking around for maybe a minute or so before an employee came up to us and started talking in a very condescending manner to me and my mother, rather than just simply explaining what the place was and how to buy from them.
