I’ve been buying from Everything But The House (EBTH) for years, dating back to when they operated a Chicago location. Unfortunately, I’ve watched the company decline from one of the best online estate auction platforms to one of the most frustrating. The EBTH app is slow, difficult to navigate, and a significant step backward from previous versions. (I don’t think they read or account for their App Store reviews.) Helped do much to remove unwanted items. They don't pick up for just a few large items.
They have extremely good marketing. Aside from that, that’s about it. Everything you read in the 1-2 star reviews here is unfortunately true.
