I would give no stars if I could. Horrible quality and this is a bait and switch company. What we sat in in showroom is not what we got. You clearly get what you pay for which is garbage.
We ordered a large sectional couch. It was delivered 2 days late, damaged, and the color and quality do not match what we ordered. We immediately left messages for the store and its been several business days without a reply. Don’t waste your money here.
Horrible experience with everyoom. Absolutely terrible customer service, no accountability for mistakes, and bad quality. Avoid at all costs. Go with a competitor in a close price range like Cozey and steer clear of this company.
