This organisation tied up my son's NDIS funding for 6 months, with a rotating door of unavailable and resigning staff before acknowledging that they were waitlisting people for another 3-4 months and couldn't provide the support he needed. Super polite reception - totally unable to provide any of the wonderful supports and services they advertise.
Everyday independence has been amazing for my son, they have helped me understand and put things in place for my son that I found I struggled to get help with. Kate Kinsella is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone. She has been so patient with my son who is adhd asd and he loves her!!
