My daughters key worker is always there to support us with our journey and always keep her needs first which helps us especially when it comes to accessing services she has come so far in a short amount of time the support from her key worker has helped us tremendously
Hard to give a reveiw as l have been on the waiting list for a OT for almost two years. They cannot give me a time line on how much longer l have to wait. So if you need OT in Ballarat my advice is go somewhere else. Wait times are expected but going on two years is really unacceptable and just bad business practice.
Joanna Collin’s is the best occupational therapist I have known and always goes above and beyond! We would be lost without her guidance and support Great team of admin as well
