If you want wedding photos and videos you can treasure forever, I urge you to read this and stay away from this company. Our wedding was November 12, 2023 at a Trademark Venue in San Marcos, CA. I did extensive research to find the right photo/video team because my parents’ wedding video was lost — so capturing ours meant everything to me. We excitedly booked with them after finding them on Instagram. A few days later we needed to cancel due to some unforeseen circumstances. We set up a phone call with Ernie to discuss getting our deposit back since it was only 4 days after booking. He was responsive on the phone but it has been 3 weeks since then and no response. After many emails and texts we just want to make sure our booking is canceled. After reading their most recent reviews it is all making sense. Wish I would have read the reviews before booking.

Edit: Although my experience with them was poor, I've noticed since leaving this review they have upped their required retainer fee to 50% and STILL FALL OFF. Mind you I didn't legally persecute for a full refund in my review because I knew the contract I signed with the required retainer fee being 25% even in the event of a cancelled event would be hard to beat. While Ernie and Fiona presented themselves as personable and responsive during our engagement shoot—delivering those photos promptly—it’s clear that their professionalism did not extend into our actual wedding experience. Unfortunately, our wedding photos took four months to arrive, and the videos were delivered after an unacceptable eight-month delay.
