Is this business still operating? I ordered and paid for a part Sept 13 and still waiting for delivery. No response to emails or phone calls.
I can’t even call it a bad customer service because there is no service at all. I ordered a small hitch connector and been waiting for 2 weeks now while paying for delivery. There is no response from them and the Sms product design team. I’ve found the same product for less with almost same day delivery on Amazon. Extremely disappointing
I was introduced to Everyday Bicycles when I won an electric bike from CIUT 89.5 radio station. Steve delivered my bike to our house personally. Since receiving my bike, I have experienced the best customer service EVER from Steve and Everyday Bicycles. Whenever I have had an issue with my bike, Everyday has gone above and beyond the call of duty to resolve the problem. I am so thankful for their excellent products and customer service.
