Absolutely terrible, don't waste your money buying anything from them. I ordered something two weeks ago, order status has not changed, I emailed multiple times asking for updates with no response, left voicemails, it only goes to voicemail they do not pick up. I ordered a part for my jogger as I needed a replacement part and I'm absolutely shocked at the fact they have such poor service. Save your money guys, stay away from the brand and the store.
