Emilie is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had! She and Travis have provided our Pueblo community with yoga and gong classes centered around self-love, compassion and generosity.
Every experience I've had with these two humans (gong,yoga,dancing,camping, laughing...the list goes on) has intensified the light and love in and around me❤️ Thank you for the past adventures and thank you for all the adventures to come ✌️❤️🙏
These two people that represent are everything everybody aspires to be. They're energy and vibe makes you want to do& be better humans. Great classes, great guides and great adventures
I felt completely comfortable during my morning Yoga class. I didn’t know anyone, but felt like I made friends by the end of the class. Everyone was kind and friendly. Emilie greeted me and everyone as they walked through the door. I like that she emphasized that this was my class and could follow the flow or do my own modifications. The morning class time fit my schedule great, and I was able to prep my body and mind for the day. I’ve been back several times.
