We truly believe that every day has an opportunity for adventure. With a playful approach to our physical fitness regimens and spiritual growth, we have created a life of adventure and depth and we are so excited to share with others. Emilie is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had! She and Travis have provided our Pueblo community with yoga and gong classes centered around self-love, compassion and generosity.
Every experience I've had with these two humans (gong,yoga,dancing,camping, laughing...the list goes on) has intensified the light and love in and around me❤️ Thank you for the past adventures and thank you for all the adventures to come ✌️❤️🙏

I felt completely comfortable during my morning Yoga class. I didn’t know anyone, but felt like I made friends by the end of the class. Everyone was kind and friendly. Emilie greeted me and everyone as they walked through the door. I like that she emphasized that this was my class and could follow the flow or do my own modifications. The morning class time fit my schedule great, and I was able to prep my body and mind for the day. I’ve been back several times.
