I’ve been a member here for a while and Kate is great. I’ve seen dramatic improvements in my terribly tight shoulders which is a huge relief.
My wife and I have been to Mile High Holistics several times for message therapy. It's a beautiful, serene place--very welcoming with a very professional and caring staff! Kate and her team are great to work with. . . if you are looking for quality massage therapy at a reasonable price, we both recommend Mile High Holistics.
