My son. Sean was unable to hear ..with much discomfort in his right ear...We verified insurance prior to coming. Upon arrival the man the owner walked out and said if its ear wax I don't do that unless you've got a hundred dollars cash seemed very unwilling to check his ears out..? We said okay and left. Very unprofessional
