From the moment you walk into the office until you leave, you have their total attention. Crystal at the front desk, Sandy in the office, and Carey, the audiologist, are all wonderful to deal with. You will be happy coming here. Appointments are on time. Everything is clearly explained, including your options. And when you leave, it doesn't end there. Carey Bowen is amazing. He’s kind, professional, and informative. I had 100% severe blockage of my eardrum and could not hear anything. He cleaned my ears thoroughly using a small vacuum and made me hear 100% again. It was such a relief. The process was easy and smooth and I would recommend his office over anyone’s. 10/10 recommend!!!
Very knowledgeable and kind. He was compassionate to my situation and helped in every way he could.
