Went in this morning with a Left Phonak Hearing Aid broken wire at the Transmitter to the Earpiece, Initially it looked like 100's of dollars to repair, but they went the extra mile, called Phonak & found it was still under Warranty, saving me $100's. The Staff were so friendly, professional, AND Helpful I would wholeheartedly recommend Everybody Hears Professional Hearing Centers to anyone! Thank you!
Carey was fantastic. What a great bedside manner! I had 100% wax blockage in both ears. He showed me both ears on a video screen and then let me watch as he painlessly pulled out the wax. It feels so much better to be able to hear again! I highly recommend booking an appointment!
