Exceptional service. Offered affordable, high quality parts and provided choice with advice regarding each option (tires, handlebars, seat etc). Went above and beyond helping me figure out an issue with an e-bike I had purchased elsewhere. How an independent shop sells items for the same or cheaper price than some of the bigger chains I'll never understand but I highly recommend Everybody e-bikes. Haven't experienced genuine customer service like this - with the knowledge and experience alongside - in decades. Thank you!
Bought two folding e-bikes from here - sales team were very helpful and it’s great to support a family owned business that’s local and that has such a well equipped workshop too. Oh, and we’re loving the folding e-bikes too!

I took delivery of a semi recumbent electric trike in Townsville in March 2022. Andrea and Richard's after market service is exceptional as is the build quality of the bike. 1250 kilometres on the clock and no mechanical issues. Another 150 kilometres and the bike has travelled the distance from Townsville to Brisbane.
Andrea and Richard were amazing with the support for our disabled son's e-bike, including helping to manage all the NDIS paperwork. The initial bike we trialled for our son didn't end up being suitable due to his balance issues, but Andrea and Richard worked with us for over a year to finally get our son into a bike that worked brilliantly for him (Tribe Ricky). They arranged test rides and provided great advice on what we could do to find the right outfit for our son. They even managed extra modifications to suit our spec... read more
