We bought a cargo ebike early 2025 to take our kids to school and childcare and now don't have to worry about being stuck in traffic. We trialled a cargo ebike at another store which was $1k cheaper, but was definitely cheaper in quality too. We had our first bike service and they repaired the spokes on the wheel so we didn't have to get a new one. Very happy with the ebike and service.
Exceptional service. Offered affordable, high quality parts and provided choice with advice regarding each option (tires, handlebars, seat etc). Went above and beyond helping me figure out an issue with an e-bike I had purchased elsewhere. How an independent shop sells items for the same or cheaper price than some of the bigger chains I'll never understand but I highly recommend Everybody e-bikes. Haven't experienced genuine customer service like this - with the knowledge and experience alongside - in decades. Thank you!

Just got my TRIDENT serviced here again and it’s now performing better than it had in a while, the price is more than reasonable and the quality of the work is unsurpassed. Rapid collection of the trike from my place is another benefit. Wouldn’t take the trike elsewhere even if there was a shop right next door.
The service at this small business is fantastic. I had interactions with 4 different staff members and all were kind, respectful and knowledgeable in their particular area. Prices are most fair and lots of very helpful information. A business that goes that little bit further to make the service relaxed and rewarding all round.
