For Christmas my daughter purchased a 10-session Contrast Therapy gift card. Getting started was easy and Heather was very accommodating as she instructed me on the simple reservation process. The experiences have been great and I look forward to each session. The facility is very clean and the saunas and cold plunges are top notch.

Contrast therapy is my favorite thing to do after a hard workout. It helps me to recover faster and get back to the gym. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the results are amazing. 10/10 would recommend
