This studio/spa is exactly what I needed. The IR sauna is something everyone should at least try. There are so many health benefits including better skin and overall health. It can be done alone or in conjunction with the cold plunge tub right in the same private space. All areas are always clean and well-stocked. The room is quiet and conductive to relaxation.
