Professional, reliable, reasonable We have a 25-year-old Propane fireplace. Insert, they’ve been out a few times in the last 10 years to keep it running, and clean. On the most recent visit, they were super flexible with their time, five stars!
Staff is extremely unhelpful and nonresponsive. Placed an order with a large deposit, called multiple times to inquire about delivery of our woodstove, promised delivery in November and ignored for months! Multiple emails and calls ignored byTerra. When we finally got our stove it failed inspection.
I purchased a Lopi woodburning stove insert for a fireplace from Everwarm and I have been 100% satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The stove is beautiful and functions perfectly. A few small issues came up along the way, but Terra and Annie took care of everything very quickly and were always cheerful. Navy did a great job of scoping out the fireplace and chimney prior to installation and then leading the installation.
