Update 1/13/26: Another great experience, we needed the fan replaced in the fireplace and Navy installed it efficiently and was super communicative, careful, and courteous which is a rare find these days... and he didn't mind our cats helping him :-) Outstanding! I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve experienced. I have never had to work so hard to purchase a stove—especially at a cost of nearly nine thousand dollars. We were no‑showed for our scheduled appointment this morning, and despite calling and leaving a message, I received no response. I’ve made every effort to move this process forward, but at this point I’m stepping away. It appears Everwarm may not be in a position where they need or prioritize new business. First I filled out their online form requesting service and got nothing. I then called and spoke with someone about servicing our gas fireplace which she said they do. She said she would refer it to their tech team. That was October 15th and have heard nothing. Went with someone else.

Had 2 stoves cleaned and serviced, plus they helped me troubleshoot some difficult chimney issues that led to a very inexpensive fix. I appreciated the honest and excellent expert service!
