Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Arcadia branch. Cindy Cheung and Vivian were unprofessional and failed to provide a basic level of courtesy or assistance. Their conduct reflects poorly on Evertrust Bank, and I will not be returning to this branch in the future.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Arcadia branch of EverTrust Bank dealing with Cindy Cheung and Vivian. From the moment I asked for assistance, both employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I had a very disappointing experience at the Arcadia branch of EverTrust Bank. I arrived at 1:50 PM with no customers ahead of me, yet I didn’t leave until 2:36 PM for a simple matter. The service from Cindy Cheung and Vivian was extremely slow, unorganized, and lacked urgency or professionalism. Cindy Cheung and Vivian by far the worst bank tellers/ representatives I have ever seen. The level of disrespect and care is ridiculous these employees are probably costing the bank a lot of business. The Arcadia Branch is the worst one. I would not recommend banking there. Hopefully Evertrust can take action and fix these issues.
