Jo and her team are absolutely the kindest caring humans that you will ever meet. We are so happy with the care that our family member receives on a daily basis. Everyone I have ever spoken to or seen are so happy doing their jobs it creates a very amazing warm feeling when you interact with them. Nothing is too much trouble and we feel very grateful that our family member is so cared for. So privileged we have the opportunity to have this facility available to our Aunt.
