Very poor customer service. After sudden unexpected changes in my office I asked for a less expensive subscription or lower payment as I was no longer using the software. My customer "success" person ignored me for 34 months. Finally, someone else reached out to let me know they refuse to work with me. I've used EverLaw for document review in litigation several times. I like the ease of use of their platform and they've always had good customer service definitely recommend especially for solos small firms.
