I had high hopes for Everlasting Moments, but unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. From the beginning, I found the introductory call with Paunch to be unprofessional and a bit pushy. Despite this we really liked their work and package pricing so decided to go ahead regardless. when trying to decide on a photographer/videographer for our wedding, my fiance and i knew we wanted everlasting moments the second we saw their work. when we called Paunch to begin the process - he was so professional, organized, and knowledgeable. when talking to his employees and all the admin workers through email, any concern or question i had was addressed in a timely manner and they explained everything to me and made the entire process so smooth, really keeping our minds at ease while planning the rest of the wedding... read more
I can't say enough amazing things about Everlasting Moments. Sherry, Wamith, Leo, Colin, and Cordell were just incredible from start to finish. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and the attention to detail just exceeded our expectations. They were professional and just so easy to work with. SO grateful to have had them capture our special day so beautifully and can't thank them enough!
We had the privilege of working with Sherry for our engagement and wedding photos and we could not be happier. She knew exactly how to pose us and where to go. The entire team was very professional and amazing to work with. I would recommend Everlasting Moments to everyone in the Detroit area.
