Creepy. Their staff are like wardens. Very uncomfortable, tense vibe. It's bad management that permeates through all the employees. My friend has been staying there only a few weeks and he is markedly less comfortable than at his previous retirement home. I have witnessed them treating him like a child they keep on a short leash. Miserable existence. Don't put your loved ones here. I have seen much better staff at Jefferson Place.
