My brother and I helped our mom select Everlan as her residence in April 2025. It has been everything they promised it would be. Her apartment is perfectly suited for her needs and includes a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a walk in shower. She has been welcomed with open arms by the staff and other residents who are all very warm and friendly. The service from the staff has been exceptional. My brother has lived at Everlan for several years, and it has been a great home for him. Everything there has been wonderful, and you can tell the staff cares about the residents, and watches out for them. If it hadn't been for them notifying me that my brother wasn't acting like he normally does, I am not sure he would be here today, My family members have lived at different Independent living facilities in Chattanooga, and Everlan by far is the best one.
I have lived at Everlan at Hixson for three years. It has been a great fit for me. The staff is exceptional. The anmmenties are wonderful! The food, the maintenance and house keeping services , the beauty shop, and being taken to my appointments is so convenient. I’m pleased that we have this facility available for us in Chattanooga!
Very nice facility. Only problem is Bryan the maintenance man. I came to visit my grandmother recently and he made my wife feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never been in an assisted care facility where the maintenance guy acts like this. If he weren’t there this place would be 5 stars. nurses were very friendly and the place was very nice.
