I have just completed two weeks of Respite Care and I have nothing but praise for the Management and Staff. Helen the GM is brilliant and very practical and client focused and this ethos is demonstrated every day it seemed by all staff be they Nurses, HCAs, Chefs and Housekeepers, all went “the extra mile”to help me and everyone and anyone who asked. Wow I love your new apartments. I just popped in for a nosy and was blown away, it looks like a 5 start hotel. It's really modern, clean, bright and has a great feeling. Love the views - OUTSTANDING, sun and coffee. Apartments are so nice and surprisingly large, I want one of the apartments where I can sit and look at the sky tower and the sun setting. Great to see such a beautiful retirement village. Well done, thanks for showing me about. Great addition to Mt Albert.
