If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Rang today to enquire about some information on my Metters stove. Still in shock at how badly I was treated! Was hung up on the first time (thought the phone had cut out) then rang back to be told he had no information on my stove and wouldn’t give me details for anyone that could help me out then copped verbal abuse and told me to stop harassing people. Looking on there website it says they specialise in Metters stoves? Well they had no information on mine!
