I have participated in 3 x 9D breathwork sessions. I will definitely participate in more sessions. I recommend this type of breathwork it may be helpful. Find what works for you. UPDATE: I pre purchased 12 sessions. I have participated in at least 4 sessions. I had an out of body experience, with me looking at myself and checking if I was breathing. I told myself that I was safe and keep breathing. Each session has been different and just what I needed at that time. I definitely recommend 9D Breathwork.
You can tell Allyson is a professional in everything that she stands for. She guided me fantastically through the breathwork. On top of that she is a lovely person.

I attended Allyson’s 9D Breathwork Activation and went in feeling pretty nervous and skeptical, as these kinds of sessions aren’t usually my thing. The Everheal 9D Breathwork is life changing as it has released a lot of subconscious scripts that have been holding me back. As a result of this powerful work I have noticed some lingering MS symptoms become dislodged as I feel safe and supported to fully express my emotions in a loving balanced way. This is deep work and at times not easy but worth ever second and cannot wait for the next session.
