Our parents moved into Evergreen 10 months ago. It was an adjustment for them to leave their condo and the staff at Evergreen have made all the difference in them finding their new home. The staff truly cares about the residents and their well being. From activities, to nursing staff, cleaning staff, management, maintenance (the best) and beyond …. Our family feels so lucky are parents are safe and thriving!
I was trying to move to this place but was waiting on my Medicaid Waiver. But, by the time I got it I decided it was not the place for me! Simply put, they need to get rid of their Coordinator Andrea Amos! She is NOT friendly at all! She is NOT a people person. She should NOT be in that position! She never calls you back. She acts like her time is more valuable than yours! She argued with me trying to tell me I did not get the Waiver when in fact I did! She is just NOT a Welcoming Person! She should be Demoted or Fired!
Great people and fun activities. Love spending time with the residents.
