I would not recommend this place for anyone to put their family meber in or to work at. Nobody works together as a team to ensure the residents are being taken care of the way they deserve. First off they let people who work there that management has been made aware of that has smelt of alcohol, that leaves residents soaking wet over and over, tell people they can't call for help when needed because they ring to much, don't properly do their cares, but won't let someone come back who had family issues going on and after bein... read more

I could not be more pleased with the staff And well-maintained facilities at Evergreen Assisted Living in Kingsford, MI. From the nurses and kitchen staff to the admin and management, they truly cared for my mother, Janet, and went the extra mile especially with special requests. I was so thankful to know mom was safe and taken care of. Mom loved it there, and I could not recommend Evergreen Senior Living highly enough. God bless. David Fiorazo DePere, WI

Upper managment/ owners treat residents, employees, & family with complete disregard and indifference. Continually understaffed with untrained minors, underpaying, & overworking the staff they have; they have passed the point of ignorance to intentional malignancy from their lack of care (even just ensuring residents wear clean briefs) to their treatment of their workers.

My first experience with Evergreen in Norway Michigan was so wonderful. The staff was so welcoming and patient with all questions and concerns I had. My mom stayed at Evergreen for only a few months, and I felt the staff did a great job in caring for all residents including my mom. I cannot give a higher recommendation to the caregivers. The compassion is real and the care and inclusion in family is definitely recognized. Thank you all for everything. Love to you all.
