We checked out about 12 retirement homes before deciding on Evergreen. Most retirement homes offered the same amenities but the big difference at Evergreen was the friendliness of the residents and the staff. We have not been disappointed in our choice and very quickly felt at home. Natasha and all the staff have gone out of their way to help us. We were looking for a place for my MIL, and visited a few places in Mississauga. At Evergreen, I met with Teodora, who was extremely warm and personable. She also accommodated us to come in to see the place in such a short notice on the same day with my MIL! My MIL was having a hard time making the decision, but decided to put the deposit down for the studio unit after meeting Teodora and now is on the waitlist. The moment my husband and I walked through the doors of Evergreen and met with Teodora, we knew we found the best place for my MIL!! The place is beautiful, clean and the staff is very nice! The room is bright and spacious. We know that this is the best place for my MIL to live!!
I’m incredibly grateful for the time I spent at Evergreen retirement home during my recreation therapy placement. It was a truly meaningful experience that I will always carry with me. I contacted Evergreen Retirement home I spoke with Teadora she was amazing and so supportive to my needs. Unfortunately the residence is too far from my residence to be actively involved in my loved one’s life. I highly recommend researching this home
