I wish I could give a good review. Using my raw genetic data to find where nutritional deficiency might be is neat. However, after calling because I was having horrible side effects from the $300 of supplements I was told to take on a schedule, and being treated bally on the phone was horrible. I was crying and in distress, and asking please, and the phone receptionist lectuted me on being polite. They put me in a bad situation, and then treated me badly when I asked for help.

Dr. David Graves is the only doctor who has consistently treated me as a patient instead of a customer. I have complicated medical needs that were misdiagnosed and ignored by other doctors, but he has greatly improved my quality of life, and seems to genuinely care. During appointments he goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything, and has never brushed off a concern or question that I have had.

I'm disappointed at their lack of regard for new patient scheduling. They have to get back to you about scheduling a visit and not when you initially call. Even after I already having a consultation I have to wait when I was told to call back whenever to make an appointment. I've never encountered a clinic that was "too busy" for you just because they were super busy with current patients. Maybe use different language when telling people this so it doesn't sound like you don't matter to them. Not a great outlook on the busin... read more
