I honestly can’t recommend Evergreen Memory Care enough. From the moment we walked in and met with Maya, we knew it would be perfect for my husband’s mother. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The atmosphere felt like home. The rooms are spacious. We put in full size bed and had so much room left over. Whom ever is running transportation should be fired!! December 2024 tags. That looks absolutely horrible on the company
Fiance came in for an interview here and waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Nobody ever showed up and the front office didn’t have anyone there either for him to talk to. He also called the building itself and nobody answered the phone. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.
From my experience as CP i would not recommend. They have two CP in each hall and one med tech that is not enough people to support these people that they deserve. Management has favorites and it’s just unprofessional. For a facility. It definitely doesn’t act like one. This is my opinion and my freedom of speech. And my experience.
