Usually have a good experience here . I purchased a AIRO cartridge. Thinking it was a screw on battery type my "mistake" I bring it back inside not even 3min. Asked for a return for a screw in type cart. Then I was told it was no returns . Had to spend another 20$ for a battery when I already got one 🤬 I buy alot of product here . But im taking my business elsewhere.
