They are absolutely horrible, very unattentive! My mother had to call the ambulance for my grandfather because none of them would! Trying to blame my grandpa for falling out of his wheelchair and he is in horrible shape because they did not do their jobs and take care of my papa properly!! RUN do you walk from this place

My mother in law was admitted to this rehab after hip surgery, she fell at the facility the next morning and had to have another surgery. We had to wait 2hrs for transportation to the facility the 1st time and now again it’s been 2+hrs waiting on transportation. This may not seem long but for an elderly patient it’s a lifetime. Not to mention when she fell we weren’t notified until 3hrs afterwards after she complained of pain. Then they finally realized maybe they should call a dr. Run don’t walk away from this place

My died was at Evergreen and was treated wonderfully. My mom was @ Evergreen from 2016-2025, and they all loved her and she loved them. She had one caretaker that said she would not retire unless mom died. Mom died in June @102, and the caretaker Charlene is retired and was wonderful and ias all the other caretakers. Only problem I have with Evergreen is when you call the phone rings and rings. Does not matter what time of day. This is very frustrating. They do not have the phone staffed to be answered. Evergreen is one of the best. Have ever seen, there's staff. It's very warm and welcoming made me feel like a Queen. I had nothing but excellent care there. In fact, if I have to go back.I would not try to go anywhere else but evergreen.They have a good group of nurses activities, director CNA resource. Maintenance maintenance and laundry. The place is very clean, never has a smell. They're occupational physical and speech therapy is out of this world. They help me get on my feet and walk again. I gave them a 5 stars.
