While the showroom is impressive, the service was not. I stood in the store for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me while the phone rang repeatedly and the sales staff didn’t seem to notice. When someone finally came over, they seemed annoyed that I was there. I was asking about a specific brand I was interested in but was quickly cut off and steered toward a Jøtul instead. Absolutely horrific service. Refused to work with subcontractors, inconsistent communication, unreliable, and untrustworthy. Work with them at your peril.

I brought the doors to my older model Jotul in because I was pretty sure the latch was not functioning properly providing a good seal. I could not remove the bolt to inspect it so I brought the whole door in to Evergreen in Trenton. I was met by Awesome Austin who went above and beyond first trying to remove the bolt and then searching and finding another assembly (it was missing parts but he tried).
